Simple description of NPK fertilizer production line
NPK fertilizer production process is simple, the production line equipment investment is small, covering a small area, training is simple, easy operation, technology demand is not high,so it is very suitable for investing in rural and urban areas with low cost

Main machines of NPK fertilizer production line
Feeding hopper ,Electronic belt scale, Weigher Disc mixer, chain crusher, disc granulator,drum screen,drum granulator,rotary dryer,cooling machine,coating machine,automatic packing machine.
NPK fertilizer production process flow roughly is below:
Raw ingredients allocation→mixing→ Agglomerate crushing→Granulation→ Level 1 screening→Particles drying→Particles cooling→level 2 classification→Finished products particles coated →Finished product particles quantitative packaging
1.Raw ingredients allocation:
The materials are usually urea and ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, sulfur ammonium, ammonium phosphate (ammoniumphosphate and diammonium, ChongGai, general calcium),
potassium chloride (potassium sulfate), and other raw materials in a certain proportion(decide mainly according to local market demand and local soil testing results)
2. mixing
Mixing the raw materials uniformly will improve the overall effectiveness of the fertilizer particle , it usually adopts horizontal mixer or disc mixer for mixing;
3.Agglomerate crushing
Crushing the uniformly blending agglomeration pieces so that facilitate subsequent granulation processing, mainly using the chain crusher, etc.;
4. Granulation
Send the blending well,crushed materials into the granulator to granulate by belt conveyor,mainly choosing drum granulator, To roller extruding granulator or disc granulator.this is the essential procedure in compound fertilizer production process
5. Level 1 screening
Preliminary screening semi-finished particles, not qualified will return to mixing stage to process again, generally with the drum screen;
6. Particles drying
Send screening qualified particles into the dryer, dry the moisture content of the particles to increase the granule's strength and to preserve them, generally with the drum dryer;
7. Particles cooling
After drying,the fertilizer particle temperature is too high, easy to agglomerate, after cold, facilitate bagging save, and transportation,with the cooling machine for cooling;
8. Level 2 classification
Classify the cooling particles,unqualified particles will be send back to the crusher to granulate again,classify the qualified out with the drum screen .
9. Finished products particles coated
Diolame the qualified particles so that can increase the brightness and the fruity degree of the particles to see better,usually using coating machine
10. Finished product particles quantitative packaging
After coated ,the particles will be sent to the silo to reserve by belt conveyors,the sent to the electronic quantitative packaging weighers , seam charter flights to package and seal,after that, placed ventilation, preservation, realizing the automation.
